Official Images of the Air Jordan 6 “Electric Green”

The Air Jordan 6 was first debuted during the 1990-91 NBA season and now, 30 years later, Michael Jordan’s sixth signature shoe still lives on as one of the greatest of all time. This year is shaping as a big one for the silhouette, as we’ve already seen the legendary ‘Carmine’ receive a retro remake, another potential Travis Scott collaboration, and other clean colourways. Next up though, Jordan Brand are looking to the past with this ‘Electric Green’ iteration, and we’ve just received official images.

Does this bad boy look familiar? Well, it boasts a similar look to the 2018 ‘Oregon Ducks’ AJ6 that now fetches a pretty penny on the secondary market, the only difference between the two is that there’s no excess branding on the heel and lateral side. Boasting a similar construction, the upper comes dressed in full-black nubuck, with subtle ‘Electric Green’ accents scattered throughout the upper and midsole. The regular Jumpman branding lays on the tongue and sweatily embroidered on the heel.

So far, nothing official has surfaced about a release date for the Air Jordan 6 ‘Electric Green’, but rumours are pointing towards June 5. Mark your calendars and peep the official imagery above, we’ll keep you updated when word comes through about an official date.
