Available Now: Inside-Out Nike Air Force 1 Lux

Despite deconstruction and inverted sneaker construction being all the rage for the past couple of years, Nike actually did it a while ago – in the early 2000s. Some of those themes are referenced here on this new Air Force 1, albeit in a more overt way.

For example, the tongue labels switch places, with the size tag appearing on the outside – making retail assistants’ lives much easier. Unfinished panel edges and contrast orange stitching against the purple suede upper continue the deconstructed theme. If there was any doubt about the idea, the chopped and dropped Swoosh ‘tail’ confirms the concept. Add a deep purple midsole too.
