Air Jordan 6’s Retro “Midnight Navy” Colourway Makes a Return

Originally debuting during the 1990-91 NBA season, the Air Jordan 6 was immortalised by Michael Jordan’s first championship, the Finals MVP finally annihilating the Detroit Pistons en-route to the L.A. Lakers.

Modelled on His Airness’ beloved German sportscar of the time, the Porsche 964 Turbo, the AJ6 flaunted some of the best launch colourways we’d seen from the Jumpman (headlined of course by the ‘Carmine’ and ‘Infrared’ renditions).

First hitting the shelves back in the year 2000, the Air Jordan 6 ‘Midnight Navy’ is now scheduled to make its retro return this year, the neck-craning design losing none of its allure in the contemporary sphere.

Manufactured with white and ‘Midnight Navy’, the colourway clearly pays homage to the OG Air Jordan 6 ‘Sport Blue’. Accenting the classic white leather uppers with navy trim, the Air Jordan 6 adopts a translucent outsole with Jumpman branding on the heel.

Look for the Air Jordan 6 ‘Midnight Navy’ to release on Black Friday, November 26.
